Where's my Food!!

Now, that Zac is getting older , he gets to have cereal a couple times a day. Vegetables in a few more weeks. The boppie works real good and he sits just fine in it, He likes to be at the table when we are all there, I guess to be part of the action. He is being patient waiting for his food. We take turns feeding him, so that everyone gets the opportunity. He's noticing that he's got ZIP and now is going to make it a little more vocal that he IS still waiting for his food!! He loves to scream this high pitch scream and we ask him if he is part girl!!!!So...it is Uncle Toms turn to feed him, lol I think that is the first time that he has feed Zac. He did a good job and no mess!!It's always wierd that when you feed a baby, we sit there with our mouths open, like we are eating or something, lol I catch myself doing the same thing!! The next feeding we let Kaleb have a shot at it. Kaleb was trying his best but was sticking the spoon to far down his throat and Zac kept gagging sortof. We explained to Kaleb how to do it soft and easy and not shove it down, lol. He did do a little better but we took over so that Zac wouldnt end up with the spooon in his stomach lol Zac is looking like Someone....please...help this guy!!!So, when all was said and done, he got feed and was a Happy Boy again!!

We have Pumpkins!!

Ummmm...which one to choose??? We didnt go to the regular pumpkin patch mainly because it has been pretty cool here. Hopefully this week. Once they looked around they found which ones they wanted. You get to pull wagons to get the pumpkins so they thought that , that was cool: They each got a small and a big pumpkin, so they were happy campers and I got a big one too. NO matter how old you are, it is still fun to carve your own pumpkin, for me at least. lol
Kim is going to let them paint on the little pumpkins, then carve the big ones. We will post pics once they are painted.
Kaleb was a happy but in the middle of saying something when the picture snapped, that darn 4 sec delay!!! lo

Zac's first cooking experience

Yesterday, I was cleaning in the attic and came across the walker. So I got it out for Zac today since we were babysitting him. So this is his first time in our walker:Allissa was here too, so her and Kyla made cupcakes. This was Zac's first time baking with us, afterall he is 3 1/2 months old!! He liked the spoon with just a dab of cake batter on it, shhhhh dont tell Valerie, LOL Kyla is mixing it all up: Allissa is filling the cupcake holders: While they were cooling, Zac was keeping track of the frosting. He must have known that it must be something yummy!!So...after the cooling, frosting, and sprinkles, we have TADA....

The Safari Ranch

We went to the Animal Safari ranch and that was pretty cool. The animals come right to your car so you can feed them. I think everybodys favorite was the Zebra's. They looked really cool up close and Allissa got to pet it. But they have some wierd teeth,

The Ostrichs were funny. They just poke their heads right in the car looking for the food and had all 3 girls way on the other side of the car, screaming and laughing, it was funny.We also liked the Giraffe's but they arent on the roads. Kyla says they have some long necks LOLDuring all this, Kaleb was just content as could be, being able to drive the care with Grandpa.We had brought a picnic lunch but had to do it inside cuz it was raining but we still had fun.

We also had Allissa's 11th birthday while we were there. Kim and Jess had taken her shopping and so she made out ok. She got her skinny jeans and her UG boots, that apparently Valerie isnt a fan of, LOL but we all thought she looked very update and stylish in her new clothes.

We did make it to the Riverwalk, and I got to go to my favorite store, The Purple store!! :-) . The boats werent running due to sprinkles, so didnt get to ride them. Had lunch at County line BBQ so that was fun.Time went pretty fast and it was time to go home. But we all had a good time and the dogs all played good together. Jazzi really travels good and she likes to look out the windows at stuff. We all like to go vacation and we all like to come home again
